  Excellent! Great service! If you are searching for a broker in this area, I truly recommend them! Just bought an apartment and they helped us through the whole process. It's otherwise pretty complicated in Spain, with a lot of paperwork and running around, so having a trusted local broker is the key! So with Sant Just there are no problems. Trusted local family buisness with alot of experience! You do the fun part, looking for an apartment (or if you prefer, they can do that too...and of course they have apartments of their own that they represent), and they can check out whatever you find until you find the right one! No need to fly up and down every time you find a good ad, in case you don't live in Spain. When you find what you are looking for they help you with negotiation, bank accounts, NIE-number and all the other paperwork! They check that everything from the previous owner is in check and all taxes and fees are paid, they also prepare all the other paperwork before you come. When I came to do the deal, we took care of all the paperwork (and it's a lot) in one effective day, and that's it! After that key in hand!
