  Just got back after a week. Last minute deals after having to cancel due to collapse of monarch. Initial room very small. No fridge. Moved the next day to larger room at no extra cost although paid 30€ for fridge. Staff were all lovely. Food great plenty of choice. Bus service great, only complaint nothing much within our walking distance. Heard they are upgrading next year. Would definitely go back . Thank you all for a great holiday. You're all wonderful.   Stayed here for 10 days lovely place right on the beach attentive polite staff good variety of foods served buffet style would recommend and definitely go again

  We were promised an air con room, all thou each room has air con they do not switch them on till June and we felt mislead. We payed for a double bed with a sea view room however our room had three single beds and a view of the pool. From one corner of the balcony you could see the beach and sea. You can't create a tab because we were half board so we had to pay for all our drinks (don't get one with your meal) We were very unhappy to accommodate paying by card. We were shown photos of the rooms however they were clean but scruffy and didn't meet our expectations. The food was not up to scratch and was poor. We had to have the window open due to no air con and had to contend with the loud entertainment till 2300. All thou we enjoyed a relaxing break in the day we did not feel well rested due to the warm rooms and the noise from the entertainment.

  Excellent place to stay for a family holiday. The beach is literally on the hotels doorstep so no problems there. Entertainment was on every night and was brilliant and always activities happening throughout the day but the best thing about it was the care and attention that was given to the kids. All the staff were so nice and helpful so its an easy 5 star rating from me.
